Julian & I is the fourth residency at Project 78 by the artist Izabela Brudkiewicz. Revisiting the first residency in 2015, Brudkiewicz will recreate the situation with an added restriction, her 12 week old son Julian. Remaining in the gallery 24 hours a day beginning at 10am Friday 9th February and ending at 10pm Sunday 11th February. Brudkiewicz will document the experience while occupying the space through written word and film.
Project 78 will be open to the public for part of the performance from 10am – 5pm each day and then visible out of these hours from outside the gallery. There will be instructions from the artist for the public to adhere to while watching the performance these will be available upon entering the space.
The documentation will stay as an installation after the performance has ended from Wednesday 14th to Saturday 24th February within gallery opening hours.
